My concern is that both UA app and UA ops agent have told me “your known traveler number is expired.”
US CBP site says Global Entry is valid and unexpired. But, it had old passport (which was still valid for another 30 days) so I updated new passport just now in system. No issues previously with me not having updated new passport most recently as of late June.
UA says Global Entry KTN is still attached to PNR, but there is no PRE on boarding pass.
I understand GE is not TSA PRE. I’ve always used said PRE logo for confirmation GE was good to go.
Is there anyway to validate the GE is still good for this flight or just try it and see what they say at ORD?
Thanks all. I appreciate you.
The lack of pre is a result of the ssss.
If you see a valid membership in the ttp.dhs.gov portal, your GE status should be fine still. I've had a few occasional weird hiccups with GE, but generally it seems the officers can tell there's some basis for me using GE and don't hassle me overly much when something isn't registering normally.
