2. Or does it make sense to apply for new? (I know folks have both personal and business or multiple personal; with me, my Plat [charge] Card is business, but AMEX Delta is personal)
3. I don't think AMEX has the same thing as Chase 24/5, but I haven't applied for an AMEX card in 7+ years

If upgrade, I don't get any bonus after spending whatever after whenever, since it's the same card...
It's just "give us another $300" to get more club access and maybe more Uber/hotel credit (I already have all the other card features three or four times over), right?
