I have read on here, LGW is hit and miss. I think the timing of the flight being at 10AM means a lot of pax with connections qualify for the transit hotel meaning there is a lot of pressure on SkyLight.
I will check out the Churchill on tripadvisor. End of the day, any free hotel room is a bonus.
ET are much more competitively priced than KQ I am finding for African destinations, plus the added bonus of the free stopover hotel which KQ do not offer.
That's exactly right and I do it quite a bit. Reviews on Churchill don't look great....
