Where to Find Complaint Details
I had an IFE issue on a recent long haul flight and the cabin manger said he had created a feedback notification on my behalf and that it would be visible in my BAEC account and that I would probably receive some compensation in the firm of Avios. The flight wasn’t full so I could have moved to another seat but I was in an aisle seat next to Mrs Definitas in ying/yang CW so didn’t want to move). Can anyone please advise where in my account I should be able to see the notification of a “complaint”.
