Train cancellation aside (if it's on sale now, it hasn't been cancelled) - that is brutal. Coming off a TATL day flight, I would take a hotel as close to Gare de Lyon as possible, then just walk across in the morning, not getting on an RER train or a cab at the start of morning rush hour. Taxi at that time of night should be quick, and the fixed price means you know where you're at. All major chains (except Hyatt) have perfectly decent properties either very close to, or actually inside the station.
