Some of my recent experiences:

ORK-AMS on KLM in C: Purser was all over me, constantly checking in and before landing came to tell me my connecting gate personally wishing me a good holiday, I find KLM Cityhopper crew really ensures frequent flyers are taken well care off.

AMS-ALC on KLM in C: Initially there was nothing, but when she started meal service, she said, I hope you had a nice connection experience and if there is anything else you need to let her know.

ALC-AMS on KLM in C: Nothing, in fact I got the feeling the crew did not really want to be there

AMS-CDG on KLM in C: Purser all over me, thanking me for flying KLM so often, ensured my coffee and orange juice got topped up regularly and we had a long conversation about KLM and frequent traveling through Amsterdam and Paris

CDG-ORK on AF (Hop) in C: Full flight, 8 rows of business calls most with 2-2 filled. Purser came over and apologized that the seat next to me was occupied. Provided constant service but struggled with the space, when I made a remark how the new seats are going to be better, he came back after service and had a long conversation about the new seats etc. Shortly before landing, he came over and did a quick survey from his tablet (I was the only one he did it to).
