Anyone else getting tired of tracking and following up on these? I have almost 0% success rate with MUA PQP being given correctly. Within the last week I did 30k + $600 MUA for departure and return legs. Departure is giving me 300 pqp for miles and 300 pqp for copay? No MUA pqp yet for the return. 900 PQP i need to make sure I follow up in 2 weeks for UA to fix since they won't address before then.
I had the same issue which was not resolved nor updated for 8 weeks, so I had to call 1K desk to correct this. After a lengthy wait, they acknowledged that they should honor 1 PQP for every 100 miles ("Miles PQP") and 1 PQP for every dollar spent on the co-pay ("Copay PQP"). For your 30k + $600 co-pay for MUA, you should get 300 PQP for the miles and 600 PQP for the co-pay.
