True, it’s probably all the Elites I know, because I’ve suggested to them to call.
We are all of the same opinion that it’s very frustrating to need to call, especially when Air NZ make such a palaver when telling everyone about how the volume of calls they receive has reduced.
We know of at least one way to reduce calls which should be unnecessary for their most valuable members.
