PHX-MSP Breakfast

I pre-ordered the French Toast and got Bread pudding. It was a hardy portion. The maple butter was missing, which is what was needed, it wasn't awful or delicious at the time time. Not much flavor.
The compote wasn't overly sweet either, and the ricotta cheese had no lemon taste. It appears that on top of the bread pudding, there is toasted coconut, but I could not taste that.

The croissant was good, not hot nor, cold. I had extra Orange marmalade left over and put it in with the Greek yogurt which helped that. Canned Peach's, enough said.

Overall not the worst or best airline breakfast I have had. KIm the FA was fantastic, she worked the cabin, ensuring drinks were topped off and was engaging with the passengers.
