I fly this route a lot and my rule of thumb is ill buy anything sub-$200. With a little delay here and there, it can be 5+h sitting in the seat.
The fact this is so tempting means the enemy has won.... Even more tempting as it is an award redemption.
4+ hours plus meal service. Seems like a good deal to me. Of course I don’t know how many J seats are left over 7, and what your gambling tolerance is.
