Upgraded cards rarely make sense. Apply for a new Reserve and collect the bonus. Transfer your credit limit from the PLT to the reserve before closing it out. Also, you never know... they might throw a compelling bonus for keeping the DL PLT in your wallet.

Amex has been giving a bonus (someone I know got 25k) for upgrading. But that's in comparison to the 90k publicly available bonus for getting new.
