I'm considering a big trip next April, a) to get lots of TP with the aim of maintaining gold and b) to have a relaxing(ish) week or so on planes and a quick bit of sightseeing here and there on route. As such it's not exactly a pure TP run, but it's not too far away I hope. I'm seen enough of AA over the last couple of years, albeit rather less than many on here, so I'm looking East. This is what I've come up with, at a cost of £1270 for the QR flights (400TP), £838 for the UL flights (560TP) and £732 for the CX flights (360TP). Obviously there will be hotels on top of that. I'll then add a round trip from LHR to OSL before and after.
My questions: are there any ways to optimise this? Is this just a bad idea altogether? Is there some other completely different routing I've not picked up that would be both interesting, fun and TP rich?
Thanks
