Yes, this was what I was referring to. Was confused since the terms say "
a new primary Cardmember’s account open date", and was not sure if a product change can be considered opening a new account.
Not sure if I want to pay for comfort plus just to check if it would trigger though.
I guess I can submit reimbursement since the 90 day waiver was in the terms of the upgrade offer.
