I've had a look at the timings and they are certainly interesting. More so from 1 December when allegedly, very allegedly, the service goes to 2 flights a day., the second flight departing London early morning and returning mid afternoon from Ben Gurion. We've seen this before on this route, and, well, things change.

But focusing on the schedule for October with the single flight a day, different places show different timings, but using the BA published schedule it comes up as

LHR 21:15
TLV 04:20 +1

Returning as

TLV 06:00
LCA 07:00 arrive - technical stop only.
LCA 0745 depart
LHR 1050

So from TLV it's got a good coverage of North America and Europe. Less in the other direction at least East Coast USA, not so bad from the Mid West and West Coast, and some good Europe connections. But cabin crew will find this challenging given a night flight and a long ground handover in TLV, before finally getting to a relaxing hotel (one hopes!) in Cyprus mid morning.
