Ebay Point - awarded by star level bidded instead of star level awarded on Priceline
Just a heads up for users on this board. The Priceline/Ebay points system awards points based on hotel level bidded, not hotel level awarded.

I made two 3* bids at $38/night earlier this week (knowing that I'll be upgraded to 4*) and actually only got two 1000 ebay anything points entry, instead of two 1500 ebay anything points entry for 4*. In retrospect, I should have bidded 4* at $40 to get the full 1500 points for each reservation.
