i agree it will be a 7 or possibly even an 8. While the Andaz isn't as centrally located as some of these other hotels, South beach has some hotels that go for upwards of 2K a night (sometimes more) during peak season (Hotel, Setai, the W) are a few that come to mind. It is my understanding that Hyatt awards Category level based on the average rate charged during the year.
