Recent J Class experience: Got a rather plastiky grey Porsche design amenity kit having socks, ear plugs, eye masks, and toothbrush & paste. Lady behind me got a hard case, also "Porsche Design". Another seat had a tote bag with L'Occitane products. Not sure why there was so much variance between just four seats!
