This is good news!
I recall a public enquiry in several years ago where I made quite an impression stating that their expansion plans were not ambitious enough and "lacked aspiration::"...

Then getting berated by a NIMBY who had moved into a flat in Poplar in 2020 only to discover that an airport was nearby (for decades before) and that it does make noise as flights resumed post-Covid.
