Yes it would. However there may some differences, due to the fact that USA BAEC members have a USA Point of Sale. This should not make a huge difference, particularly if there are 7+ seats available.

Some people find it easier to look via the Iberia website, though their redemption policies are different - as in not as good - as BA. I've not tried Qatar or Finnair, other than for Qatar there will be jetBlue flights available on Avios redemptions.
