Hopefully I'm referencing the right post but from a surprise and delight aspect how is that trained/suggested? Do we assume it's one IFL that come up with the idea one day and then it filtered throughout the company or more a case of IF you've boarded and the team is settled and there is enough time, consider walking the cabin and seeing how the passengers are doing?
