Is it me or has this been occurring much less (or new trainees are not being onboarded in the same way)?

I've had 4 flights (8 if you count back and forth) and whilst service has been great I've not had a by name intro or personal greeting at any part of the flight. It's a nice touch and feels great (after a few AA flights) but I appreciate it's a total nice to have!
