A new personal favorite: Pre-Ordered Chicken Scarpariello in Delta One from JFK to LAX.
Essentially it’s a juicy chicken breast served with braised peppers, sausage, and potatoes in a tangy yet slightly sweet sauce. Everything was perfectly cooked. On the side was the typical salad as well as a “carne asada” starter with salsa verde and farro. Strawberry Panna Cotta for desert.
