Fast track is for status only (i.e. for Swiss that means Miles & More HON Circle, Senator, or *Alliance Gold).
The lounge is small, but has a nice outdoor terrace. Food is limited. The again, there's hardly anyone transiting in LJU, even less so after the demise of Adria Airways, so it's not usually crowded.
