I selected the one drink perk a few of weeks ago. Last week was my first time using it. On two separate flights on two separate days, the flight attendant had no idea about the perk. They were going to charge me for the drink when I said I had the perk. They both said their tablets didn't show I was Mosaic. I said I'm not Mosaic yet, but I picked the perk. Neither knew about perks. I said I get 1 free drink per flight, not 3 per flight. I don't think either of them really knew what I was talking about until I showed them the JetBlue App on my phone.

Has anybody proactively gotten the free drink perk?
