The chap did laugh and mention the weekend resulted in quite some peculiar items being taken into their custody... namely a 65" TV (!) and two air purifiers; as well as a dozen phones and laptops!

My son had a temporary job at TFL lost property a few years ago. Among the strangest things apparently mislaid on the London Underground were a canoe and a large bag of, er, adult DVDs and "toys" of various shapes and sizes.

AFAIK neither were claimed.
