I joined the QR student club when I was a student, and satisfied all the requirements for the "tier upgrade" (two single flights, graduate certificate, etc.) as per the TC on its website. Yet QR denied my request for the upgrade. I am so furious and would like to know if there is any chance I may make a formal complaint. Customer service is not empowered to do anything.
Write a letter to the CEO and explain you could be a life long customer but am disappointed in their ability to stand by their promise.
