Online checkin is generally limited for anybody who needs to have their visa validated. The transfer desk is usually able to do verify documents without any issue - after all, a huge proportion of TK's passengers need visas to go to their destination.

I flew to ASB on CZ a few years ago, and do not remember any special procedures apart from a standard visa validation.
