I do not think that you find any Jaccuzi room within your budget range

but there are many hotels within this range, for example the Holiday Inn Express as well at the lively Soi 11
Thanks BinSabai. I ended up just booking the S15 again. It was about 2400 baht a night, but I like the rain shower and separate tub in the bathroom in the "Deluxe" rooms, and they have a great free breakfast. And it was a comfort factor to return to a place I already know and like.
