Just flew this DOH-DFW on 08/16, even the lead flight attendant told me “First airline in Business Class to serve caviar”. I do like the “mother-of-pearl” spoon. Very proper. Did enjoyed it and the salmon tastes great as well paring with “le petit etoile” non-alcoholic Chardonnay.
