Anyone ever stayed at Stable Lodge on Soi 8? It's USD $200 cheaper than the S15 for my dates (thinking I may do 6 nights). Has about the same rating on Agoda.com as the S15--about an 8.3 satisfaction. No free breakfast and no tub, but breakfast couldn't be too expensive.
