The BA lounge won't work for you. It is open from 3:15pm to 5:30pm with everyone out at 5:45pm. The BA flight is at 6:30pm. They are only open to support that one BA flight. Your only options are the AmEx Centurion lounge (if you have a Plat card) or the AA club. The AmEx club is small - but in the international terminal A. The larger AA club is between Term B and C.
I see the OW website says 8:20pm - but my experience is they close at 5:30pm. Unless AA is paying to keep it open.

The Aer Lingus website says that the BA lounge is available for qualifying Aer Lingus passengers at PHL (don't have the personal experience to verify) and Aer Lingus has a PHL departure at 8:40pm on Sept 21.
