Still not working. Called in as well, agent said flights are coming back as unconfirmed. We tried multiple dates, times, all on Qatar Airways, and she was seeing an error message that she's never seen before.

Between this problem and my most recent issue of not being able to select a seat on Turkish Airlines flight that was booked through Aeroplan, I think I'm on my last legs as far as booking through partners. Path of least resistance seems to just book through the program you want to fly with, extra cost be damned.
