they’ve told me that the airline is concerned about weather and not being able to land later in the day. I don’t see how the weather is better at 12:45 definitely versus any time in the following 4-5 hours. I’ve told them I’ll take the risk and rebook myself if ever I do get stuck, but the airline isn’t willing to schedule another pickup for me. I think it is because I am solo and not worth the later stop for them so they are bundling me with a large group of earlier departing passengers.
