Got an upcoming flight to the US and the Manage My Booking page was stating that I need to provide more details before I fly (as expected).
Tried puting in all the required detail several times now and keep getting a big red error message "We have found some problems with the details you have provided. - Error during add or update contact details".
Most other sites in situations like this would flag the form fields with the problem(s), but nothing helpful here at all. Also, the details are no different from several other recent trips to the US where advance passanger information
was provided. Will have to wait until tomorrow to phone up, but in the meantime any ideas, There's nothing out of the ordinary and everything looks fine. Are BA matching against extrenal sources when submitting this form (such as UK Home Office and US Gov.) , does the email, for example, need to match that provided on the ESTA submission and/or my BA account ?
