Where are my bookings?? Massive confusion..

I know I'm a newbie in the BAEC world, but why is it when I log in to my account, there is a banner link to "Manage", and then it shows me the option to fill out a form to "My Booking" with a request to fill out a "Booking reference" and "Passenger last name" (and why not capitalized first letters, they are titles for fields, after all)?

Seems very deceptive to me. It took me hours (plus or minus hours) to realize I had to pick "My Account" to access my bookings. Infuriating loss of time.

Given my newbie status, how many TPs should I expect for complaining about such a poor online user experience?
