How was the process in your case? Did you have to exchange a voucher for the cash or did they pay directly to your account/credit card? And did you need separate claims for each person?
I am inclined to repeat my request for direct paymemt for me AND my wife and set them a payment target after which I will pass the case to a lawyer.
Excatly the same experience.
We all live in the same household but my wife has kept her maiden name, I sucesfully recieved compensation for all people with the same surname as me, but my wife had to send in a separate claim.
The process was identical both claims.
1. send the claim
2. got offered 30 000 miles
3. denied the offer and said I wanted 600EUR
4. got multiple choices.
5. choose the 600EUR
6 got a refund cheque.
After I got my refund checque I contacted the Turkish Office in my country by mail, the sent me the form(one per person) attached below, after filling it out and sending it back, I got the money on my account within 10 business days.
