I want to renew someone's silver partner norminee card. Going to the partner card nominee section on the web site shows me that person as a current nominee, even though their silver status has expired; it shows three nominees, but says I can make two more (which is odd, but to be fair at least one has expired). If I select the option to add someone else it asks whether I want to move someone from my friends and family list to my household account It's like the UI for the the household account add facility has got mixed up with the partner card nominees. This person is already a member of my household account. Putting the person's details in leads to a submit button that does nothing. Any ideas (other than ring the GGL line)?
