Just to confirm, on an international flight is it 10% of the fare I paid, or 10% of the fare the day I call in to add the lap child? Calling AA and they’re claiming it’s the day I called (and their website says you can wait until the airport). Obviously the price has almost tripled and making adding the infant far more expensive.
