Had the ‘pleasure’ of flying on g-ttnx yesterday.

A brand newly fitted aircraft with the new red and blue seats, two of which were out of service (one not usable the other not reclinable), no power sockets working on 3 rows on one side of the 5 row CE cabin and of course no WiFi. I don’t understand why any company would have a new plane in service in 2024 without it. Especially as the crew couldn’t access the meal sheets on their iPad.

Poor product as always expected but the crew were superb even providing their own personal portable chargers. And very apologetic for the state of the plane which they shouldn’t have to on the newer ones. Choice of beef main course had run out for me in row 2 and one of the people in row 1 had a kids meal.
