Let me try to explain this better

The problem isn't finding the FFC. I know exactly where to find it and have the emails. It expires in mid-September.

To get the insurance reimbursement, I have to let it expire and document that I didn't use the credit. So, after it expires will it still show up in my wallet or elsewhere saying that it expired with unused value? That's what the insurance needs.
