And if she can get people to vouch that she's never shown any interest in men--like a parent--that would seem to offer as much defense as any eyewitness would. She could even bring in ex-girlfriends. That would certainly make me doubt AA's account, especially if they weren't able to provide corroborating evidence.
there is no burden of proof. you dont have a right to fly on the airline of your choice.
evidence means zip. the only issue here is if aa wants to stand any potential fallout of banning a lesbian from their airline.
