I'm finding their OTP texts and emails are very erratic. Very often it is like they are never sent. Or they are received, often in bunches like a half hour after you request them. Then one of them work. This lack of timely and usable one time passcodes really makes their site unusable, particularly since it is needed multiple times as you navigate their site (e.g. on login, and later again if you try to book an award). What a time waste.
