Just tried to use one of these "25% off base fare + free preferred seats" birthday coupons for flights on the AC Express PAL Dash 8-400. The coupon seems to apply correctly to base fares, but only shows preferred seats as complementary. Standard seats are regular price! And there are no preferred seats on that seat map. Not sure if this is how it's always been (didn't see anything in this thread), or a new bug. I might try to call in later, this seems pretty silly.
