I am making a one-way (i.e. different dropoff airport) rental thru Citi travel services. It's a very good price (and totally non-refundable). But if I read the fine print under "conditions" it says a "for one-way rentals, an additional drop fee may be charged by the rental car company". So I don't have a clue if I'll be charged this or not. Is there any way to figure this out ? Phone calls to Citi or Hertz aren't very helpful; non-native speakers, pretty hard to explain to them what I'm asking.
