So this is the Mr.'s ordeal to get his TK G matched to SK G:

4 weeks on - nothing. So I emailed to ebtier and told them that 4 weeks has passed (previously I deliberately sent them all the requirement documents that they said it was ok because I knew that these people can make things happen even though they claimed otherwise).

Then they replied that they couldn't find his application, hence they manually adjusted his status (even though they wrote they couldn't - which was obviously a lie).

This is crazy because:

1) If they had received the form properly, this should either be cleared within 2 weeks after all the proper documents have been received.
2) obviously ebtier has a button to press to upgrade people, why didn't they do that in the first place? But instead kept telling me that they couldn't do anything until 4 weeks has passed?

They even sent me a follow up email to ask if the status has been adjusted.

I thought it was over, a week later I got another email saying that they said the FFP # was wrong - it wasn't wrong. The automated email told me to re-apply again - even Mr has got EBG.
