Resurrecting this thread a bit; does BA Gold & above get the same benefits on an economy short haul international flight on American - e.g. flights to caribbean / mexico like flying domestic on AA ? Just about to book some tickets and wanted to be sure we'd get luggage allowance as expected - thanks in advance
