Outside the US ( and maybe some mexican & canadian hotels) , Diamond will give the full breakfast benefit ( just give your room no at the breakfast check in podium)
Conrad & WA DIFC are very good.
Have not stayed at the Marina or Jumeirah area hiltons ( only the conrad/WA DIFC/Canopy Al seef by creek and WA on the palm )
