Match from BA confirmed, after filling the form, took about 5 days to get a request for additional information (Passport copy, BA card + Statement) then another 7 days that it was approved, and was visible the day after in the app.

I also received an email asking for documents for my BA (Gold) status match to EB. I was busy and had not gotten to it. However, six days later I received an email indicating my status match request was approved and that my EB account will be updated within 10 business days. And indeed, I now have Gold status. So very strange.
