Still in a dilemma too. I have done this trip so many times on Air Asia and it is not a bad flight if I get the exit row and no one sits next to me. The CX has a 50 mins connection time and I am worried about my bags not making it at HKG. That is the return flight out of MNL to HKG and then to BKK. MNL invariably will have a delay so that 50 mins may not be enough.
