Our YVR-LHR 17 Sept flights were bad timing! Fortunately they are latitude (upgraded), so refundable, and could be re-booked to a different date.
Couple of questions:
1) If the strike looks like it is going to go ahead, how far in advance would AC start to restrict international flights, so that planes and crew don't get stuck abroad. The day before (for the UK) or earlier?
2) Our flights are the return, where we've already flown the outbound. If we were to proactively cancel (as opposed to re-booking, or AC cancelling), would we face a re-price of the flown outbound, and potentially face no refund (or even an excess fee)?
